本公司創立於1981年為愛齡佳整體造型中心。
1997年設立維妮雅企業股份有限公司化粧品製造廠。
2001年維妮雅公司榮獲行政院經濟部第八屆產品創新研究獎。
2005年維妮雅化粧品二廠成立，增設全自動面膜製造設備及全自充填包裝設備，提升製造速度與品質。
2006榮獲國家創新技術品質獎。
2009年榮獲化粧品金質獎

Anica Beauty Salon, the antecedent of VINIA Cosmetics, was established in 1981.
In 1997, Vinia cosmetics manufactory was established.
In 2001, was awarded Product Innovation Award by Executive Yuan.
In 2005, we set up Mingsheng factory and added automated mask manufacture system and automated tube filling equipment.
In 2006, was awarded National Innovation and Technology Award.
